Role Description

  • You will build and coach members of the Business Development Team, understand and translate the functional vision to them.
  • You will play a key role in fostering a culture of high energy, ambition, and continuous improvement on the team.
  • You will drive performance metrics, manage dashboards to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and ensure quota achievement.
  • You will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure BDR Team effectiveness.
  • You will work with operations and representatives to maintain and ensure hygiene on CRM.

Responsibilities

  • You will help the team research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts.
  • You will coach the team in utilizing phone, email, and social tools to engage with prospects.
  • You will receive continuous training from mentors and provide coaching to team members.
  • You will collaborate with other teams to customize and enrich Katalon sales playbook.
  • You will be recognized and celebrated for the many contributions that you make to our growth.

Requirements

  • Half operator, half planner – you combine creative ideas with your inner execution ability to achieve desired results.
  • 8+ Years in Outbound Sales; 5+ years of sales experience within a SaaS company is essential.
  • Agile, DevOps, and/or Observability domain knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience selling to a tech/techno commercial audience.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing and leading a sales team with the ability to retain and motivate top talent.
  • A talent cultivator and someone who commits time to develop their team members.
  • Motivated, driven, accountable, and results-oriented mindset.
  • An inherent work ethic and an “Excellence Always” mentality in their work.
