Role Description

FLEXTRADES is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive to develop a book of business with active customers across the U.S.

  • Call on manufacturing companies to uncover production challenges and discuss FLEXTRADES’ unique business model for providing labor solutions.
  • Sourcing new business clients and job orders from new and existing clients by cultivating relationships and developing accounts.
  • Move opportunities through the sales pipeline and job order process.
  • Conduct on average 60+ business-to-business (B2B) sales activities per day, including cold calls, emails, follow-ups, and client check-ins.
  • Detail our unique business model and tailor our value proposition to meet prospects’ individual needs.
  • Qualify new opportunities through prospecting and growing current customers.
  • Conduct web-based presentations.
  • Create and deliver sales materials (presentations, proposals, agreements) and negotiate customized solutions.
  • Answer questions regarding FlexTrades’ solutions and identify additional business opportunities.
  • Close business consistently to achieve growth through the deployment of FlexTrades' technicians.
  • Schedule follow-up contact and meetings with pipeline opportunities.
  • Gather client information and record interaction summaries in our CRM.
  • Coordinate with Technical Solutions and Operational teams to facilitate successful outcomes for clients.
  • Manage all existing and new accounts to ensure clients’ needs are met.
  • Partner with team members to observe interactions throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop new and creative ways to obtain additional business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate openness to coaching and eagerness to learn new strategies.
  • Act as a FlexTrades Core Values champion.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong and proven history of full life cycle sales experience targeting manufacturing companies.
  • Strong sales skills, self-drive, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to uncover client needs and develop solutions.
  • Verifiable track record of establishing and growing multimillion dollar book of business.
  • Experience utilizing technology tools (MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and CRM).
  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred (will consider sales experience in lieu of degree).

Requirements

  • Limited travel required (quarterly sales meetings and occasional client site visits).
