Role Description

FLEXTRADES is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Client Solutions Manager to develop a book of business with active customers across the U.S.

  • Responsible for calling on manufacturing companies to uncover engineering resourcing challenges.
  • Discuss FLEXTRADES’ unique business model for providing technical workforce solutions.
  • Sourcing new business clients and job orders from new and existing clients.
  • Cultivating relationships, developing accounts, and moving opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate internally with Sales Managers and Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) to scale FlexTrades Engineering offerings.
  • Coordinate and execute partnered sales strategy with CSMs and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Participate in 5-6 client meetings per week between direct and partnered sales efforts.
  • Supplement partnered selling efforts with 20-25% direct selling to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop prospecting cadences and messaging targeting specific Engineering accounts and stakeholders.
  • Network with Engineering & Manufacturing Associations on behalf of FlexTrades.
  • Gather in-depth technical requirements for client projects and convey them to the Technical Recruiting Team.
  • Contribute to marketing content creation efforts and account-based marketing.
  • Gather client information and record interaction summaries in our CRM with high accuracy.
  • Act as a FlexTrades Core Values champion.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years selling engineering workforce solutions.
  • People management, solutions design, and/or account management preferred.
  • Strong and proven history of B2B sales experience to industrial/manufacturing clientele.
  • Inspire and influence team members without managing direct reports.
  • Experience with a B2B sales training methodology.
  • Verifiable track record of establishing and growing multimillion dollar book of business.
  • Experience utilizing technology tools (MS Office Suite, CRM).
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in an engineering discipline.

Requirements

  • 10-15% travel required.
