[Hiring] Temporary Project Support @BCD

Role Description

If you love bringing order to moving pieces and turning complex plans into seamless events, this role is for you. You’ll lead the logistics for meetings, conferences, and conventions from early strategy through on-site execution. It’s a great fit for someone who’s equal parts planner, problem-solver, and trusted client adviser. You’ll also play a key role in managing budgets, guiding team members, and keeping every detail on track.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in a business-related field
• Two years of experience in meeting planning or a closely related role
• Success supporting both small- and large-scale meeting programs
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, and HTML
• A leadership mindset with the ability to coach others and share best practices across teams

Requirements

• This role is virtual and operates in the Central/ Eastern time zone
• This role will require 50-75% travel availability
• This role is TEMPORARY and will not be eligible for benefits or PTO accrual
