Role Description

If you are a Project Manager who knows Workday, Payroll, and Leave of Absence processes and enjoys bringing structure to complex, cross functional programs, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a high priority initiative with significant operational impact.

You will lead coordination across People Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Time Away, HR Technology, and external partners to improve a critical Leave of Absence process and Workday integration. You will be responsible for:

• Keeping multiple teams aligned
• Managing dependencies and risks
• Coordinating testing
• Resolving blockers
• Driving the program toward successful delivery

You will be most successful in this role if you have worked within a large, complex enterprise environment and can combine strong project leadership with hands-on knowledge of Workday and Payroll or Leave of Absence processes. Experience within Big Tech, financial services, or another large organization is particularly relevant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Payroll, HR Technology, HRIS, or a related area
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, or Absence
• Strong understanding of Payroll processing and Leave of Absence policies and processes
• Experience supporting HR or Payroll system integrations
• Proven success managing cross-functional projects within a large enterprise
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree

Requirements

• Experience with Lincoln Financial or another absence or disability management provider
• End-to-end leave processing
• Workday integration testing
• People Operations within a large technology company
• PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification would be valuable
