Role Description

Immediate need for a talented Project Coordinator III. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities and resources for projects impacting multiple departments.
• Maintain detailed project schedules and administrative tasks.
• Oversee meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Serve as a liaison between employees, executives, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects are completed within deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a patient demeanor.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in marketing initiatives or product development projects.
• Familiarity with budget management and resource allocation.
