Role Description

The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and cross‑functional teams in the successful delivery of software initiatives. This role is responsible for project organization, tracking, documentation, and communication, ensuring that work stays aligned to scope, schedule, and process.

In a fast‑paced software environment, the Project Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping projects running smoothly by:

• Maintaining project artifacts
• Monitoring risks and issues
• Coordinating meetings
• Ensuring accurate, timely information flows between internal teams and customers

This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow within a technology‑driven organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related role
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams in a software or technology setting

Requirements

• Experience in a SaaS, software, or professional services organization (preferred)
• Familiarity with project and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce, SharePoint, or similar (preferred)
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
• CAPM from PMI or equivalent certification (preferred)

The annual US base salary range for this position is $62,000 to $65,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications, and education.
