Role Description

Trissential is hiring a Program Manager to join our client's team and lead a high-visibility, customer-facing modernization initiative. • Lead a multi-year strategic transformation initiative with direct visibility to executive leadership
• Drive meaningful business impact by modernizing customer-facing digital platforms and experiences
• Shape the roadmap for a large-scale SAP CRM retirement and Salesforce-centric future-state architecture
• Partner with business leaders, IT executives, and external customers on a highly visible enterprise program
• Work with cross-functional teams spanning business analysis, UX, development, testing, and operations
• Contribute to customer experience innovation through self-service capabilities and digital engagement strategies

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives from strategy through execution
• Proven success delivering customer-facing digital products, customer portals, websites, self-service platforms, or similar external-facing solutions
• Strong understanding of customer onboarding, account setup, user provisioning, customer lifecycle management, and digital customer journeys
• Deep technical understanding of enterprise CRM and ERP ecosystems, particularly SAP CRM, SAP Customer Master Data, and Salesforce platforms
• Experience leading modernization, platform replacement, or enterprise transformation programs involving data migration and cutover planning
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align business and technology stakeholders across multiple functions
• Strong executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience operating in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and complex dependencies within large programs

Requirements

• Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical aesthetics, or other highly regulated industries
• Background supporting post-acquisition integration, consolidation, or enterprise platform harmonization efforts
• Experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions and user provisioning technologies
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies, customer journey mapping, and digital adoption strategies
• Experience leading multi-year transformation roadmaps involving SAP and Salesforce ecosystems
• Exposure to customer master data governance and enterprise integration architectures

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred
• Additional certifications in Agile delivery, Salesforce, SAP, or Change Management are considered beneficial

Benefits

• Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $168,000–$178,000 annually or $101–$111 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
