Role Description

GenesisCare is looking for a Clinical Project Assistant to join our Contract Research Organisation team for a 5-month, full time opportunity working remotely.

Working alongside our Project Managers and broader clinical research team, you’ll help keep clinical research projects organised, compliant and moving forward. You’ll gain exposure across the study lifecycle while building your experience in project coordination, clinical trial systems and study documentation.

• Support Project Managers and project teams with the coordination of clinical research studies
• Prepare, collect and maintain study documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the setup and maintenance of Trial Master Files and electronic Trial Master Files
• Assist with project tracking, reporting, forecasting and invoicing activities
• Maintain project training records, databases and Clinical Trial Management Systems
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes and follow up activities
• Assist with study materials, investigator meetings and project communications
• Support the tracking of project metrics and help identify opportunities to improve processes
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Clinical Research and Quality
• Help ensure project documentation is accurate, current and maintained in line with study and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Hold a qualification in Life Sciences, such as Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals or a related discipline
• Have experience working within a clinical research environment
• Have an understanding of clinical research processes and ICH GCP requirements
• Have experience with CTMS or electronic Trial Master File systems, which would be advantageous
• Are highly organised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
• Are proactive, detail focused and comfortable taking ownership of your work
• Are confident working independently while staying connected with a virtual team
• Can collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multidisciplinary project teams
