Role Description
In this role, you will help Octave to create a new standard for mental health care that's both accessible to people and sustainable for providers. You will be responsible for finding ways to acquire, activate, refer, and retain clients as they move through the Octave experience. You'll work closely with our Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver the experience and technology that drive the core engine of our business. Building a great product is a highly collaborative effort, so it’s important you are a team player with strong communication skills.
- Synthesize and prioritize the needs of Octave clients and the internal teams that work with them.
- Create, optimize, and iterate on acquisition, onboarding, and retention funnels where the ROI is highest.
- Connect the dots between channels, campaigns, and the Octave client experience.
- Partner with analytics and marketing to identify and understand growth opportunities and proactively prioritize them.
- Lead a team of engineers, designers, and operations teammates to drive exponential growth.
- Apply best practices for how to best engage customers and retain them for the long term across different market segments and locations.
- Define success metrics, analyze performance, experiment and iterate quickly.
- Maintain a strong bias for stepping up and taking action, yet demonstrate a willingness to learn and take guidance.
- Leverage process and create structure to help teams be the most productive.
- Clearly communicate your plans, learnings, and results to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Product Management or Growth at a marketplace company.
- Proficiency with rapid hypothesis-driven experimentation and analysis.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders with excellent and precise communication.
- Experience building analytics visuals for communication aids.
- Operational mindset.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Comfort working in fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
- Comfort collaborating with a distributed team.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to frequently communicate with others through virtual meeting applications such as Zoom and Google Meet.
- Must be able to observe and communicate information on company provided laptop.
- Move up to 10 pounds on occasion.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation

Current Pay Transparency laws require companies to include a position's salary or hourly wage range (not including bonuses or equity-based compensation) in any internal or external job posting. The expected salary range for this role is set forth below and this range may be modified in the future:
- The salary range for zone 1 (all states not in zone 2 or zone 3) is $132,100 - $153,100.
- The salary range for zone 2 (CO, HI, MD, RI) is $145,300 - $168,400.
- The salary range for zone 3 (AK, CA, CT, MA, NJ, NY, WA) is $152,000 - $176,000.
All zones are eligible for equity in the form of stock options, plus target bonus incentives based on performance. Additionally, this position is eligible for the following benefits: company sponsored life insurance, disability and AD&D plans. Voluntary benefits such as 401k retirement, medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, dependent care and commuter/parking options are also available. Octave offers generous Paid Time Off as well as paid parental leave benefits.
