- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Architect and scale a SaaS-driven, client-facing portal that enhances user experience and operational efficiency.
- Leverage AI and machine learning to optimize staffing workflows and elevate candidate-client matching.
- Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and industry regulations.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation to drive automation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
- Build and mentor a world-class technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Visionary strategist with 7+ years in technology leadership, including 3+ years in SaaS or healthcare tech.
- Proven expertise in IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Software Development, and AI-driven innovation.
- Deep understanding of scalable cloud architecture, compliance frameworks, and emerging tech trends.
- Track record of executing complex technology strategies that drive business growth.
- Experience with staffing technology platforms, CRM, ATS, and workforce automation tools.
