Role Description

Gap Inc. is seeking a Product Manager II (PDM II) to support our Workforce Management technology ecosystem, with a focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM). In this role, you will:

• Partner closely with Store Operations, HR, Legal, Vendors, and Technology teams to deliver scalable workforce solutions that support thousands of retail employees across our brands.
• Drive the delivery of product enhancements, operational improvements, and system capabilities that enable effective labor planning, scheduling, and compliance across the enterprise.
• Navigate ambiguity, unpack complex operational challenges, and drive alignment across cross-functional partners without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working with Workforce Management (WFM) systems.
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG WFM / Kronos) strongly preferred.
• Ability to work U.S. onshore hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives without direct authority.
• Experience partnering with HR, Legal, Technology, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Background in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related analytical field (preferred).
• Experience supporting retail workforce management environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of timekeeping, labor optimization, workforce planning, scheduling, and compliance systems (preferred).
• Experience working within Agile or product delivery frameworks (preferred).
• Experience supporting workforce technology platforms (preferred).
