Role Description

The Product Leader, Audience & Signal Intelligence will define products that transform consumer, shopper, media, transaction, and behavioral signals into actionable audience intelligence. This leader will establish the strategy for audience creation, enrichment, activation, and measurement while ensuring that the products deliver meaningful value to brands, retailers, media organizations, and agency partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for audience and signal intelligence products.
• Develop capabilities that enable audience discovery, segmentation, enrichment, activation, and measurement.
• Identify opportunities to combine consumer, purchase, media, and behavioral signals responsibly.
• Partner with data science, identity, privacy, technology, and commercial teams.
• Establish product requirements for predictive audience models and AI-enabled recommendations.
• Build partnerships and integrations that extend product reach and client value.
• Develop commercialization strategies, including use cases, packaging, and pricing.
• Monitor industry developments related to identity, privacy, audience addressability, and data collaboration.
• Serve as a senior product expert with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Product leadership experience in audience analytics, AdTech, MarTech, consumer data, or related fields.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, identity frameworks, data activation, and media measurement.
• Familiarity with privacy-conscious data practices and evolving industry standards.
• Experience commercializing data-driven or AI-enabled products.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead across technical and nontechnical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $159,000 USD. This range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

This job is also eligible for pay.
