Role Description

We are seeking experienced Senior Intelligence Analysts to contribute expertise to AI training and evaluation projects focused on national security, intelligence analysis, and government decision-making. Candidates with current or previous experience in civilian intelligence agencies such as CIA, NSA, MI6/SIS, GCHQ, or equivalent organizations are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated intelligence assessments and national security scenarios for accuracy and analytical quality.
• Review and validate intelligence reports, threat assessments, and strategic analyses.
• Identify analytical gaps, unsupported conclusions, inconsistencies, and potential biases.
• Assess source credibility, intelligence reasoning, and communication of uncertainty.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated intelligence assessments.
• Review and refine realistic intelligence and national security scenarios.

Qualifications

• Current or previous experience in a civilian intelligence agency, particularly in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, or national security.
• Expertise in strategic intelligence, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, geopolitical analysis, or national security threats.
• Experience preparing or reviewing intelligence reports, assessments, and government briefings.
• Strong knowledge of intelligence analysis methodologies, source evaluation, and analytical tradecraft.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and written communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex information and present objective, evidence-based conclusions.
