Role Description
This role involves working directly with data systems (SIS, HR/Finance, Active Directory/Entra ID/Google) as an Implementation Manager (OneSync) or Educational Success Senior Manager.
- Become an expert on ClassLink products
- Install, configure, provide training and support to customers on select ClassLink products, specifically Onesync
- Troubleshoot Windows Server 2016+, DNS, Basic Networking
- Maintain relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
- Serve as the product expert to support customer understanding and use of ClassLink products that involve student and staff data
- Confidently conduct demonstrations of select ClassLink products
- Achieve successful implementations
- Attend conferences and engage with potential and current customers
- Present a professional image at all times to customers and partners
Qualifications
- Knowledge of student & staff data systems including but not limited to student information systems (SIS) and ERP software
- Knowledge of Networking, Active Directory, Google WorkSpace, Entra ID, SFTP
- Knowledge of Comma Separated files
- Knowledge of K12 Ed-tech marketplace
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Superior communication and project management skills
- Effective and efficient note-taking and documentation skills
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a Technical School/District Leadership Role (preferred)
- PowerShell Scripting and/or Other Scripting Languages (preferred)
- Project Management Certification (preferred)
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
