Role Description
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to own and scale a market expansion of our game-changing AI product, Prebill, driving its commercial impact and industry adoption in Inpatient and Outpatient Charge Integrity. As a Staff Product Manager, New Products, you will lead the evolution of our platform to support 100% of our customers' earned revenue.
- Deeply understand user workflows and refine platform capabilities
- Ruthlessly prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and client success to build and scale the product
- Balance innovation with execution
- Ensure the platform becomes the go-to solution for AI-assisted Charge Integrity
- Report to the VP Product and have the autonomy to execute while aligning on market trends and growth strategy
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B healthcare, ideally in automation, AI-driven workflows, and/or revenue cycle management
- Proven ability to launch 0 to 1 products, scale and mature a product platform, balancing technical constraints with user needs
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and UX teams to drive product success
- Experience working directly with customers
- Experience working with healthcare data products and using data visualization to drive user decisions
Requirements
- Strong understanding of charge capture, revenue integrity, revenue cycle operations, and payer-provider dynamics
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and EMR/EHR integrations
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced product environment
- Exposure to QA methodologies to ensure AI-generated content accuracy
