[Hiring] Senior Technical Process Manager @Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions

Role Description

IHOC (Identity & Healthcare Operation Center) is currently being deployed/implemented. In this context, a resource is needed to review, adapt, and support process documentation during the implementation phase.

• Operational Standards Management: Maintains and updates operational procedures, methodologies, and documentation.
• Tooling Ownership: Provides, configures, and manages monitoring, reporting, and service management tools.
• License & Vendor Coordination: Oversees tool license inventory, renewals, and coordination with vendors.
• KPI & Performance Monitoring: Tracks operational KPIs, SLAs, performance, availability, and capacity trends.
• Process & Maturity Reviews: Conducts operational audits and maturity assessments and drives improvements.
• Cross-Stakeholder Coordination: Aligns operations, suppliers, and project teams on operational readiness topics.
• Operational Insights Support: Provides data to incident, continuity, configuration, and availability processes.
• Supplier Performance Oversight: Supports supplier reviews and coordinates escalations when needed.
• Lead and maintain the change management processes and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Change management process.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service processes.
• Excellent German language skills in spoken and written (C1).
• Willingness to be on call/regularly available.

Requirements

• Evaluation in ITIL Processes.
• Experience in Incident Management process.
• Language skills:
• German - Business fluent.
• English in B2 level.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with a proactive way of working.
• Customer-centric mindset.
