Role Description

Get Linked Up is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a U.S.-based, multi-state personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate must have at least 3–4 years of experience managing personal injury law firm operations, including supervising case managers, paralegals, and intake teams. This individual will be responsible for ensuring cases progress efficiently through the entire personal injury lifecycle, from lead intake and medical treatment through demand preparation, negotiations, and settlement.

We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage teams, enforce accountability, improve workflows, and ensure clients receive timely communication throughout their cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily law firm operations and supervise case managers, paralegals, and intake specialists.
• Monitor all active cases to ensure timely progression from intake through settlement.
• Ensure clients receive consistent updates and timely follow-up.
• Track medical treatment, outstanding records, insurance claims, and case deadlines.
• Oversee demand preparation, negotiations, and settlement workflows in coordination with attorneys.
• Monitor employee productivity, caseloads, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct case audits, identify delays, and ensure outstanding tasks are completed.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide regular operational and performance reports to firm leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing a U.S. personal injury law firm.
• Experience handling personal injury operations across multiple states.
• Proven leadership experience managing case managers, paralegals, and legal support teams.
• Strong knowledge of the entire personal injury case lifecycle.
• Experience with medical management, demands, insurance claims, and settlement processes.
• Proficiency with Filevine, SmartAdvocate, or similar case management software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload and remote teams.
• Strong English communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
