Role Description

Job Duck is seeking an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to manage a high volume of personal injury cases from intake through settlement. In this role, you will:

• Guide clients through the case process
• Handle initial calls
• Coordinate case activity
• Support negotiations
• Help prepare demands and settlements
• Keep cases organized
• Maintain clear communication
• Ensure that important follow-ups are completed promptly

This opportunity is ideal for a confident, detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities independently while providing reliable and compassionate client support. The right candidate will have:

• Direct personal injury case management experience
• Strong English communication skills
• An interest in building a long-term career with a collaborative legal team

Monthly Compensation: $1,220 to $1,320

Qualifications

• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time, Monday through Friday
• Direct personal injury case management experience is required
• California personal injury experience is strongly preferred
• Candidates with personal injury experience from another United States jurisdiction may be considered if they have directly managed personal injury cases
• Personal injury intake experience is required
• Strong spoken and written English skills are required
• Bilingual proficiency is required
• Ability to independently manage a caseload of 60 or more active cases
• Ability to handle a high daily call volume, including initial calls, client communications, and case-related follow-ups
• The work schedule includes two 10-minute breaks and one 1-hour lunch break
• Availability to start as soon as possible
• Long-term commitment to the position and organization
• Experience using Filevine is required
• Experience using Zoom Phone is required
• Proficiency with Google Workspace is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 is required
