Role Description

The Process Excellence Manager plays a critical role in driving and managing continuous improvement initiatives within an organization. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, streamlining operations, and enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness. The Process Excellence Manager also collaborates with cross-functional teams, analyzes data, and utilizes several methodologies to optimize processes and drive sustainable improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the continuous improvement strategy:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, establish goals, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.
• Conduct process assessments and analysis:
  • Evaluate existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Lead improvement projects:
  • Manage and oversee improvement projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and drive process redesign activities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement:
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops on improvement methodologies.
  • Engage and empower employees at all levels to participate in improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on progress:
  • Establish metrics and performance indicators to track the progress of improvement initiatives.
  • Regularly review and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for further improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders:
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including department heads, project teams, and senior leadership, to understand business needs, gather input, and gain support for improvement initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of API tools.
• Support for Airlines in implementation and prospecting, aligned with the plan and strategy to be defined.
• Stay updated on industry best practices:
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in the field of continuous improvement.
  • Attend conferences, seminars, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in process improvement and change management.
• Data Analytics Field:
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies to drive business growth and increase efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable analytics projects.
  • Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with all teams to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new analytical tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Established (at least 3 years) of experience in the travel industry and working closely with hotels is a must.
• Ability to effectively manage workload in a fast-paced environment, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Strong attention to detail and produces high-quality work.
• Ability to positively present API in customer-facing situations.
• Strong Microsoft Office computer skills, with emphasis on Excel.
• Skills in PowerPoint macro presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field, required.

Compensation

• The good faith annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 USD, adjusted globally based on location.
• Compensation is determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set, geographic location, as well as internal alignment and external benchmarks.

• Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time according to business needs.
• The performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
