• Develop, recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance.
• Build dashboards and reports in Jira for leadership analysis.
• Automate new workflows, collaborating with DevOps teams to improve efficiency and compliance with ITIL standards.
• Work with Finance teams to report internally on the progress of overdue client invoices.
• Create and implement monthly and ad-hoc reports for management on key findings and assessments.
• Identify and communicate any solutions resourcing risks, and ensure accountability from internal stakeholders to Ripple client success.
• Report on project/milestone completion to ensure resources are on track with go-live timelines for migration of acquired companies into Ripple.

Telecommuting permitted up to 100% per week. Candidate may live anywhere in the U.S. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management or a related field.
• Two (2) years of experience recommending and creating policies and procedures to improve company performance.
• Two years of experience with treasury management systems or treasury workstation software.
• Two years of experience using Kantata to report on project/milestone completion.
• Two years of experience using PowerBI to enhance reporting with data visualizations.
• Two years of experience reporting on professional services KPIs for internal executives.
• Two years of experience with Jira, including:
  • Automating workflows;
  • Integrating AI tools within Jira;
  • Building dashboards to track real-time performance with real-time stats;
  • Conducting a comparative analysis of ticket KPIs across regions, workflows, or clients;
  • Collaborating with DevOps teams to implement change control processes to improve efficiency and compliance with ITIL standards.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years of experience reporting on professional services KPIs for internal executives.
• Must have 2 years of experience with Jira, including all of the following:
  • Automating workflows;
  • Integrating AI tools within Jira;
  • Building dashboards to track real-time performance with real-time stats;
  • Conducting a comparative analysis of ticket KPIs across regions, workflows, or clients;
  • Collaborating with DevOps teams to implement change control processes to improve efficiency and compliance with ITIL standards.
