Role Description

As a CBRE Account Operations Coordinator, you will execute basic operational processes for work order management and service partner follow-up. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function, responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

• Work with customers, service providers, and employees performing routine and non-routine activities.
• Assist small to medium clients to achieve objectives, including coordinating processes, controls, cost, information, communications, and quality.
• Resolve maintenance repair work orders in a timely manner; assist with dispatching, scheduling, and post-service activities.
• Attend periodic weekly calls with clients to review the status of projects and work orders.
• Work with internal groups to communicate customer requirements and resolve any challenges, issues, or new opportunities.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
• Schedule: Friday to Tuesday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM ET; Wednesday-Thursday off.
