[Hiring] Account Coordinator @CX Marketing

Role Description

As an Account Coordinator, you will join our Agency Services team to help lead the tactical day-to-day activities to produce all direct and digital marketing campaigns for your accounts.

Your Impact:

• Update and distribute weekly status reports to internal team(s) and client(s).
• Assemble samples, past results, current strategies, and other materials necessary for strategy development.
• Assemble campaign execution instructions (copy and design) for the internal creative team.
• Route campaign creative to client(s) and solicit/manage feedback.
• Reference the master production schedule to maintain campaign/project schedules in Adobe Workfront (Moore’s project management platform).
• Assemble campaign details for the internal production team.
• Assist in preparation for annual budget development as needed.
• Assist with maintenance/trafficking of standard reports and files as needed.
• Review all print and Lettershop proofs, distribute to the internal team and client as necessary.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with client(s) and vendors.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of marketing and/or communications experience preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required.
• Highly organized, with attention to detail, ability to prioritize timelines, and deadline-driven.
• Ability to collaborate with and maintain positive relationships with internal THD team(s) and external client team(s) and production partners.
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrate engagement and eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Workfront is preferred.
• Knowledge of database marketing/fundraising and account management is preferred.
