• Community based OT service delivery for NDIS participants
• Work-from-home base, with local community visits across Inner Melbourne and the South East
• Pick your own caseload and hours, so work complements your lifestyle
• Complete functional capacity assessments
• Provide capacity building therapy and skills development
• Recommend, trial, and prescribe Assistive Technology
• Write clear, high quality reports aligned with NDIS standards
• Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and allied health partners
• Admin support provided, so you can spend more time with your participants
• Access to professional tools (Splose, Outlook, etc.) to manage your caseload

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration, Working with Children Check, and Police Check
• Experience working as a community Occupational Therapist within the NDIS
• Strong written and verbal English skills for professional communication
• Comfortable working independently, with admin support available
• Your own ABN, to be engaged as a contractor
• Valid driving licence, a dependable car, and a laptop with reliable internet

Requirements

• Transparent contractor rate of $100/hour, plus super and paid travel time
• Genuine flexibility over your own hours and caseload
• Admin support to reduce your non-billable workload
