[Hiring] Health Management Coordinator @Sedgman

Role Description

The primary purpose of this role is to support CIMIC’s occupational health and wellbeing systems, ensuring they are robust, compliant and continuously improving.

• Contributing to the delivery of CIMIC’s health management program, with a focus on pre-employment medicals and health monitoring.
• Reviewing medical assessments for a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential health records and data.
• Supporting projects to meet health monitoring requirements and fitness-for-work obligations.
• Enabling mobilisation of workers ensuring occupational health risks have been appropriately assessed.
• Ensuring health processes are delivered in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
• Contributing to maintaining a safe, compliant and work-ready workforce through effective health management practices.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification or working towards in Allied Health, Occupational Health Nursing or Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline, or;
• Demonstrated equivalent experience in health, hygiene, injury management, safety, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, health assessments, and relevant health, hygiene and privacy legislation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with database management and health management systems.
• High degree of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand broader business impacts.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
