Role Description

Dispensed NZ is growing, and we're looking for Registered Nurses to join our Telehealth team in a permanent, full-time role. You'll assess patients' sleep, pain and mental health as they explore alternative therapies.

The role is fully remote and runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, so there are no nights, weekends or rotating rosters. You'll need a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.

What You'll Do

• Assess patients by phone, reviewing their sleep, pain and mental health concerns, clinical history and suitability for treatment.
• Run a full day of scheduled back-to-back consultations, including new patient screenings and follow-ups.
• Write clear, accurate clinical notes that meet standards.
• Work closely with our doctors, customer service and operations teams so patients have a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• Current APC as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
• Current professional indemnity insurance.
• 2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• To be based in New Zealand.
• A genuine interest in alternative therapies and an open mind about their role in symptom management.

• You're a warm, clear communicator who can build rapport quickly over the phone.
• You can type accurately while staying engaged in the conversation.
• You're meticulous with clinical documentation and comfortable working to set protocols.
• You manage your own day well and stay focused through a full schedule of consultations.
• You're comfortable with technology and pick up new systems quickly. Experience with Indici is a bonus.
• Previous telehealth or remote work experience is highly regarded.
