Role Description
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and manage our online presence. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Creating engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, and captions) tailored to each platform.
- Scheduling and managing posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitoring engagement, responding to comments/messages, and fostering community interaction.
- Running and optimizing paid ad campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Tracking performance metrics and providing insights to improve strategy.
- Staying updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms and best practices.
- Experience in content creation, including design and video editing.
- Knowledge of paid ad management and performance optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience in the property development or real estate industry is a plus.
