Role Description

If you’re a SEO Executive you will assist with:

• Keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitor research to support SEO initiatives
• On-page SEO tasks such as optimizing titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking
• Content optimization by working with content writers to align content with search intent and SEO best practices
• SEO checks / technical audit including site speed, indexing status, broken links
• Link-building strategies and managing outreach campaigns
• Monitoring keyword rankings and basic SEO performance metrics using SEO tools
• Staying updated on Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
• Supporting the SEO team with ad-hoc tasks and project requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience or strong foundational knowledge in SEO
• Strong understanding of SEO principles: on-page, off-page & technical SEO
• Exposure to using ChatGPT or AI tools for SEO research, ideation, or content support
• Understanding that AI outputs require review, editing, and validation
• Willingness to learn proper AI usage as part of SEO workflows
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Google Search Console, or Google Analytics
• Familiarity with WordPress CMS and SEO plugins
• Basic understanding of HTML structure
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to support in both execution and optimization work
• Uses data and insights (not guesswork) to improve SEO outcomes
• Clear and effective communication with team members
