Role Description

This role involves driving customer growth with creative flair to execute paid ads for our e-commerce clients.

Lead the success of a diverse portfolio of high-value e-commerce clients across various niches
Deliver outstanding results under pressure, as client retention is tied to performance
Strategize, build, and execute high-budget Meta and TikTok ad campaigns, managing monthly spend levels from £25k
Oversee a wide-ranging portfolio of clients, ensuring their goals are met with precision and excellence
Engage directly with clients through Slack and Google Meets, providing strategic insights and maintaining relationships
Collaborate closely with the Senior Account Manager to drive day-to-day execution and long-term strategy
Utilize expertise in eCommerce best practices, including Paid Ads, retention strategies, creative development, CRO, landing pages, Shopify, and analytical tools
Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, continuously refining approaches
Shape internal meta creative strategy and contribute innovative ideas for various brands
Ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge, effective, and aligned with client needs

Qualifications

3+ years of experience running Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for e-commerce brands at a high level
Previous agency experience or experience within a 7-8 figure e-commerce brand with a demonstrated portfolio
Thorough understanding of Shopify and e-commerce
Extensive knowledge of operations and advertising strategies of high-level e-commerce brands
Top-notch research skills, with the ability to pivot from client to client while staying ahead of industry trends
