Role Description

The Social Media Manager VA will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media accounts. This will include:

  • Creating and scheduling engaging content
  • Content planning
  • Responding to comments and messages
  • Analyzing campaign performance

The ideal candidate is a creative and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing social media strategies for our clients
  • Monitoring and responding to comments and messages on clients' social media accounts
  • Identifying and engaging with relevant influencers and communities
  • Preparing and presenting regular social media reports to clients
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Collaborating with other team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation
  • Experience running/managing multiple brand's social media profiles simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to create engaging and visually appealing social media content
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work across time zones and cultures

Requirements

  • Experience with graphic design or video editing software (Preferred)
  • Experience with email marketing or SEO (Preferred)
