Role Description

Our client is looking for an Appointment Setter to support their sales team by making outbound calls, contacting businesses, and scheduling appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls daily. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Make 150-200 outbound calls per day to contact businesses and set appointments.
  • Process and document potential leads in CRM software.
  • Follow a structured calling schedule to maximize outreach efforts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when managing leads and appointments.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry.
  • Utilize cold-calling and negotiation skills to engage potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in the U.S. market with proven experience in cold calling.
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily calling targets.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Persistent and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced English level (C1/C2).

Requirements

  • Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for lead management.
