Role Description
We're looking for a
Senior Marketing Strategist
who thinks like a strategist, creative person and optimizer—someone who understands customer behavior, identifies growth opportunities, and continuously improves marketing performance through experimentation.
You'll be responsible for:

Conducting market, audience, and competitor research for new and existing clients.

Developing new landing page concepts and marketing funnels.

Generating, prioritizing, and documenting CRO hypotheses.

Planning and managing A/B testing roadmaps across multiple clients.

Analyzing landing page performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
-
Collaborating with Copywriters, Designers, Video Producers, IT, and Media Buyers throughout the production process.

Reviewing campaign performance and translating data into actionable insights.
-
Identifying winning strategies and scaling them across similar clients and industries.
-
Maintaining and expanding the company's CRO knowledge base and testing library.
-
Researching new marketing trends, technologies, and customer acquisition strategies.

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Presenting recommendations and optimization plans to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, CRO, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.

Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and landing page optimization.

Experience planning and evaluating A/B tests.

Ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Exceptional communication skills.

Proficient English language skills.

Experience with AI tools for marketing research and automation.
Requirements

Experience in Home Improvement or Lead Generation industries (Nice to Have).

Experience working with Meta, Google Ads, Native Advertising, or YouTube (Nice to Have).

Knowledge of UX principles and conversion optimization (Nice to Have).

Familiarity with Tableau, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools (Nice to Have).
