[Hiring] Senior Influencer Partnerships Manager @Paired

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Influencer Partnerships Manager to build, manage, and scale our influencer marketing function. This is an ownership-driven role for someone who understands the DTC landscape, has experience working with established 7-figure brands, and knows how to turn influencer relationships into measurable business growth.

• Develop and execute influencer acquisition and partnership strategies.
• Identify relevant creators and negotiate collaborations.
• Manage ongoing relationships and build a scalable influencer network.
• Potential to grow into a Head of Influencer Marketing position as the department expands.

Qualifications

• Mandatory DTC/eCommerce experience, with established 7-figure brands.
• Proven experience managing influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or influencer acquisition at a strategic level.
• Experience independently owning influencer campaigns and partnership pipelines from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of the DTC ecosystem, including customer acquisition, brand awareness, conversion, and performance-driven marketing.
• Experience negotiating influencer deals, managing budgets, and building long-term creator relationships.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms such as Influencers Hero, Trybe, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate influencer performance beyond vanity metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and build processes without requiring constant supervision.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Overlapping fully with EU hours.

Requirements

• Experience building an influencer marketing department or creator partnership function from the ground up.
• Exposure to affiliate marketing, ambassador programs, UGC, and creator-led acquisition.
• Experience collaborating with paid media teams to turn influencer-generated content into performance marketing assets.
• Previous experience leading a team or managing external agencies and freelancers.
