Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing with a proven record of scaling revenue through data-driven tactics
• Proficiency in AI and machine learning platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT-based models) applied to marketing challenges
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in predictive modeling, segmentation, and attribution analysis
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative campaign concepts that resonate with senior decision makers
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and secure data handling practices
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex AI insights into clear, actionable business strategies
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale marketing technology implementations
• Proven track record of achieving measurable growth metrics (MQLs, SQLs, ARR) in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Ability to adapt rapidly to new AI tools, emerging technologies, and shifting market dynamics

Requirements

• Design and implement AI-driven growth marketing strategies across multi-channel B2B campaigns
• Develop predictive lead scoring models using machine learning to prioritize high-value prospects

• Oversee data hygiene, privacy compliance, and cybersecurity protocols for all marketing data assets
