Role Description

We currently have a career opportunity for a Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team located in LatAm. As a Lead Technical Consultant, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes:

• Estimating
• Technical design
• Implementation
• Documentation
• Testing
• Deployment
• Support of applications developed for our clients

As a member working in a team environment, you will work with solution architects and developers on:

• Interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements
• Subsequently into technical design

Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain complex journeys and dynamic email content using AMPscript, SQL, and Automation Studio.
• Implement and support integrations between Marketing Cloud and other systems, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, APIs, and external data sources.
• Work with large data volumes, including data modeling, advanced segmentation, and data synchronization.
• Collaborate closely with technical architects and functional teams to ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Participate in end-to-end implementations, platform enhancements, and controlled go-lives.
• Ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in AMPscript, SQL, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud integrations and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Solid technical mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, including:
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
