Role Description

Boundless is looking for a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative Revenue Marketing Manager to help scale our marketing engine and accelerate growth. This role sits at the center of Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Operations—turning strategy into execution. You’ll own the planning, coordination, and operational success of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and lead generation initiatives while ensuring our marketing technology, reporting, and CRM support measurable business outcomes.

You’ll serve as the operational linchpin for the marketing team, driving projects forward, aligning stakeholders, managing campaign execution, and helping create a predictable, scalable demand generation engine.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, campaign management, or revenue marketing.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
• Experience working closely with Sales and Business Development teams.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and attribution.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience launching B2B products or services.
• Experience supporting paid media campaigns.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM).
• Experience working in branded merchandise, promotional products, agency, or adjacent industries.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Hive, Monday.com, etc.
