[Hiring] Product Marketing Evangelist @Learning Pool

Role Description

We're looking for a credible, energetic Product Marketing Evangelist to become a leading voice for Confirm's scale-up proposition and help create demand in the market. This is not a traditional, desk-based product marketing role. Sitting within Field Marketing, you'll spend a significant amount of time in the market:

• Speaking at events
• Hosting customer and prospect conversations
• Leading webinars and roundtables
• Creating strong points of view
• Helping Sales turn interest into meaningful commercial conversations

You'll combine product marketing discipline with the presence and curiosity of an industry evangelist. You'll understand the pressures facing fast-growing organisations and translate Confirm's capabilities into a story that is relevant, distinctive, and commercially useful.

This role owns the full Product Marketing remit for Confirm's scale-up proposition. You'll own both strategy and execution:

• Market insight
• Positioning and messaging
• Go-to-market planning
• Launches
• Competitive intelligence
• Sales enablement

Qualifications

• Comfortable on a stage or in an executive conversation
• Commercially minded, naturally curious, and credible with practitioners
• Significant experience owning product marketing within a B2B technology business
• Strong track record of presenting to external audiences
• Experience translating complex software, data, or operational capabilities into clear business value
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS go-to-market motions
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings, industry events, and field activity

Requirements

• Experience in HR technology, learning and development, employee experience, workforce management, or the wider world of work
• First-hand experience of fast-growing sectors such as SaaS and technology, professional services, ecommerce, or internet businesses
• An existing network or public profile within scale-up, HR, people, operations, or learning communities
• Experience working across North American and UK or European markets
• Experience using research, customer evidence, and data to develop market points of view
• Confidence working with product demonstrations and discovery-led workshops
