[Hiring] Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst @EPAM Systems

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting a leading international food retail group with strong local supermarket brands across multiple European markets. This position is for a Business Analyst role within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud team servicing supermarket brands across Belgium, Serbia, Romania, the Czech Republic, and Greece. You will be part of a larger BA team under a BA lead, collaborating closely with colleagues to divide and manage topics effectively.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant to understand customer's needs, gather and document requirements.
• Help clients understand the best mix of technologies, design solutions and services, and how they should be delivered to maximize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various offshore and 3rd party suppliers, adapting your communications approach to meet the business demands.
• Work to understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business to cultivate business development opportunities.
• Stay abreast of current and emerging digital trends, unique opportunities, and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects client's business and initiatives.
• Support from time to time in a consultative/pre-sales role on select digital engagements as needed and defined by the business and the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working in at least 2 verticals.
• End-to-end delivery experience of at least 1 software delivery project.
• Familiarity with emerging digital trends and their application in the industry (Service Focus).
• Capability to understand high-level business ideas, assess impact, and break them down (user stories) to assist with service design and delivery.
• Strong Agile mindset and understanding of other development methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.

Requirements

• Proven expertise across various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Marketing, Service, and Platform clouds, etc.) and Lightning components.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce technologies, including clouds, offerings, custom development, and integration.
• Proven background in working with and preparing requirements for integrations.
