[Hiring] PPC and Search Marketing Specialist @Cactus Communications Services Pte. Ltd.

Role Description

We are looking for a PPC and Search Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in the China market. The role will focus primarily on Baidu, Bing, and 360 Search, including:

• Campaign setup
• Keyword research
• Ad creation
• Bid and budget management
• Ongoing optimisation

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage PPC/SEM campaigns across Baidu, Bing, and 360 Search.
• Conduct keyword research, create and optimise search ads, and manage campaign structures.
• Manage bids and budgets to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns based on CTR, CPC, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Monitor China search trends and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support client campaign requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on PPC/SEM experience, preferably in the China market.
• Practical experience with Baidu Search Marketing; Bing and 360 Search experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and campaign optimisation.
• Ability to analyse PPC performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, or ROAS.
• Fluent Chinese and English, written and spoken.
• Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
