[Hiring] User Acquisition Manager @Social Discovery Group

Role Description

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our Marketing team.

• Facebook Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
• Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, internal CRM and other tools;
• Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics;
• Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts and creatives.

Qualifications

• Facebook expert, at least 3 years experience. Experience with campaigns automation (API, autorules) is required. Meta Blueprint certificate is an additional advantage;
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
• English is B2, Russian C1+;
• Strong communication skills: you express ideas clearly and can persuade others of your point of view;
• Creativity: you come up with fresh ideas and find solutions to challenging cases;
• Analytical thinking: you quickly process large amounts of information and draw sound conclusions.
