[Hiring] Senior Media Buyer @Advantage HQ

Role Description

Advantage HQ is looking for a Senior Media Buyer who can take ownership of growth across a portfolio of e-commerce clients. This is a strategic, client-facing role where you will:

• Develop and lead paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
• Determine budget allocation, campaign structure, audience prioritization, and investment for profitable growth.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, diagnose problems, and make decisions to improve efficiency and growth.
• Analyze the broader customer journey and identify opportunities across the funnel.
• Develop a structured testing roadmap across audiences, creative, offers, messaging, and campaign structures.
• Work closely with Creative Strategists to identify creative opportunities based on media performance and market insights.
• Build relationships with clients based on trust, expertise, and results.
• Continuously look for opportunities to increase client growth and account value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
• Significant experience managing e-commerce clients is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok; additional platform experience such as Snapchat or X is valuable.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute paid media strategies that drive measurable business growth.
• Strong understanding of funnel performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition economics, and e-commerce metrics.
• Experience with creative testing, offer testing, and landing page or funnel optimization.
• Experience working closely with Creative, Analytics, Growth, or other cross-functional teams.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Experience creating and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation & Location

• $30,000 - $70,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
• Fully remote work environment.
