Role Description

Jumpfactor is seeking a Paid Ads Manager who thrives in a hands-on role, focusing on execution and optimization across multiple ad platforms. This position is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in paid media who is eager to take their skills further, especially in B2B ads for complex industries (ie. Technology/IT, SAAS, MSP, and digital marketing sectors).

  • Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, with a strong emphasis on ad copywriting and conversion strategies.
  • Execute paid media campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving results.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team.
  • Be resourceful, tech-savvy, and able to adapt quickly to new tools and platforms.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Ads management across multiple platforms.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Strong experience managing B2B campaigns in the Technology/IT, SaaS, MSP, and digital marketing sectors.
  • Skilled in conversion strategies, ad copywriting, and driving lead generation.
  • Tech-savvy, fast learner, and adept at leveraging AI tools to optimize and manage campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven optimization.
  • High proficiency in English communication (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with PPC teams and other digital marketers through a project management system.
  • Able to communicate technical PPC concepts effectively to clients and manage difficult conversations.
  • Experience with client communication to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
  • Passionate about owning campaigns and driving exceptional results through strategic PPC initiatives.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute multi-channel PPC strategies for B2B lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize search ads (Google & Bing) to maximize quality leads and conversions.
  • Create, test, and optimize social ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Oversee display ad campaigns to build brand awareness and capture mid-funnel traffic.
  • Design and manage retargeting strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Identify and refine high-intent keywords and audience targeting for diverse clientele.
  • Create, test, and optimize ad copy that aligns with campaign messaging and drives conversions.
  • Implement extensive A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Maintain and refine negative keyword lists for improved relevance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize budget allocation and bid adjustments for maximum ROI.
  • Track KPIs, CTRs, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and ROAS to assess performance.
  • Produce detailed performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Work with content, SEO, and other digital marketing teams to align PPC efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Utilize project management tools to coordinate PPC campaigns across teams and ensure timely execution.
  • Regularly speak with clients and team members to discuss strategies and progress.
  • Use AI tools to optimize and manage ads effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with PPC, SEM, and ad platform trends, incorporating new tactics as needed.

Job Type

  • Part-Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm EST)
  • 100% Remote
