Role Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-informed Content Marketing Associate to help grow ChowNow’s organic presence and improve content performance across channels. In this role, you’ll grow and support our content strategy and manage the execution through:
- Blog optimization
- Social media management
- Research-driven content planning
You’ll manage our content calendar, optimize existing content for SEO and conversions, and lead key initiatives like case study approach and development. This role is a critical part of our content strategy and plays a hands-on role in shaping how we attract, engage, and convert our audience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing with a proven track record of driving results
- Prior experience in content writing, video editing, email marketing, and/or social media marketing
- Strong analytical skills and adept at using data, research, and learnings to optimize content
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
- Ability to optimize content based on insights and research
- Experience managing social media accounts, specifically Reddit and Instagram
- Collaboration skills to partner closely with teams across the organization
