Role Description

This role involves leading the marketing team at PayDo, focusing on both B2B and B2C segments to enhance brand visibility and drive company growth.

Spearhead the transformation of the marketing strategy leveraging recent market opportunities.
Manage the development and execution of marketing strategies for B2B and B2C customers.
Lead and motivate the marketing team to ensure high productivity and successful attainment of departmental goals.
Establish and monitor KPIs and ROI for various marketing channels.
Utilise advanced analytics tools to analyse performance data and derive actionable insights.
Produce regular reports on marketing channel efficiency and team performance.
Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Oversee the creation and publication of high-quality content to establish thought leadership.
Drive international market expansion initiatives by adapting marketing strategies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate and manage the logistics of events and conferences.
Maintain and update departmental resources for team access to the latest information.

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Experience managing and developing a high-performing marketing team.
Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of marketing KPIs and ROI measurement.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Advanced level of English proficiency; fluent in Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.

Requirements

Marketing experience in a FinTech company (specifically Electronic Money Institution) is a plus.
Experience with B2B and B2C audiences on an international level.
