Role Description
This role involves leading the marketing strategy at PayDo, focusing on both B2B and B2C segments.
- Spearhead the transformation of the marketing strategy to capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Manage the development and execution of marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility.
- Lead and motivate the marketing team for high productivity and successful departmental goals.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and ROI for various marketing channels.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Produce regular reports on marketing channel efficiency and team performance.
- Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content to establish thought leadership.
- Drive international market expansion initiatives by adapting marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate and manage logistics of events and conferences for effective branding.
- Maintain and update departmental resources for team access to the latest information.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing and developing a high-performing marketing team.
- Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of marketing KPIs and ROI measurement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Advanced level of English proficiency; fluent in Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
Requirements
- Marketing experience in a FinTech company (specifically Electronic Money Institution) is a plus.
- Experience with B2B and B2C audiences on an international level.
