Role Description
This role involves launching your own brand with the support of a powerhouse e-commerce team, turning your entrepreneurial vision into reality. As the Brand Manager, you'll have the resources, expertise, and a share of the success, making every victory a collective celebration.
- Refine the product journey by leveraging customer insights to boost satisfaction, loyalty, and manage churn rates.
- Have the creative freedom to introduce products that align with the brand’s values, strategically increasing AOV to deliver maximum impact.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to create and execute strategies that enhance the brand’s online presence and drive sales growth.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing efforts, including email, social media, influencer collaborations, and online ads to capture customer attention and drive engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies for better results.
- Work with teams to design a seamless customer experience and enhance satisfaction through data-driven improvements.
- Use tools like Shopify and Google Analytics to analyze website performance and customer behavior, identifying areas for optimization.
- Partner with the creative team to develop engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity and connects with target audiences.
- Track campaign performance using key metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and integrate new innovations into marketing strategies.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring successful collaborations and outcomes.
Skills & Experience
- Successfully drove measurable growth and scaled brands using data-driven strategies and hands-on execution.
- Expertise in understanding customer needs and improving product quality, descriptions, shipping, and overall experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Extensive experience in managing multiple tasks, delegating effectively, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient execution.
- Strong ability to set product direction, develop annual plans, and define key milestones.
- Skilled at spotting e-commerce trends, conceptualizing products, and developing brands that resonate with target audiences.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across marketing, product, and operations to drive brand success and product quality.
- Focused on achieving collective goals through strategic thinking, with experience navigating dynamic e-commerce environments to deliver high-quality outcomes that foster growth and brand development.
The Recruitment Process
- 10 min online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style.
- 15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, and expectations.
- Home Task.
- 60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and Foxelli Group CPO to discuss the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills.

Salary
€1,500 - €3000 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience, with the potential for quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs.
Please note that this role requires a self-employment certificate.

Eligibility & Location Requirements
At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
