The role is designed for a high-potential professional seeking to expand from insights generation into strategic marketing, storytelling, customer engagement, and commercial strategy.
Where You'll Make a Difference:

Partner with Commercial Marketing to develop category, consumer, and growth narratives aligned to strategic pillars, go-to-market priorities, and customer needs

Translate consumer, market, customer, and competitive intelligence into clear implications, recommendations, and opportunity frameworks

Own development of category stories, customer-facing narratives, thought leadership content, and opportunity frameworks supporting North America growth priorities

Support and, with development, lead selected customer innovation sessions and workshop workstreams

Monitor category and consumer shifts, competitive activity, and emerging whitespace

Lead selected strategic marketing initiatives, including commercialization planning, launch support, growth-platform activation, and customer engagement programs

Support campaign and program performance analysis

Collaborate across Sales, Innovation, Product Management, Science, Market & Consumer Insights, and Regional Marketing

Demonstrate initiative and end-to-end ownership

Own commercialization and launch support for select North America Health Sciences initiatives

Serve as strategic marketing lead for assigned category growth platforms
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Consumer Insights, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Approximately 4 to 7 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, business intelligence, marketing, category management, or a related function

Experience working with consumer, customer, market, competitive, or syndicated intelligence

Demonstrated ability to move beyond reporting by identifying implications and forming recommendations

Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Self-directed problem solving and strong initiative
-
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Ability to build productive cross-functional relationships
Requirements

Experience supporting customer presentations, strategic workshops, commercial teams, or go-to-market initiatives

Experience in health, nutrition, consumer packaged goods, life sciences, or another science-led, customer-focused industry
