Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Manager, Integrated Marketing to join our team. The Manager, Integrated Marketing will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that build brand awareness, cultural relevance, professional authority, community engagement, and retail impact for IGK.

This role will lead influencer and creator marketing while driving integrated programs across:

• Seeding and gifting
• Retail and trade marketing
• Professional and stylist partnerships
• Experiential, editorial and cultural moments
• Community

Acting as a connector across Brand Marketing, PR, Creative, Sales, Education, Retail, Media, and external partners, this role will translate brand and business priorities into cohesive consumer- and pro-facing programs that drive both brand awareness and commercial impact.

As a member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with the Influencer Manager, Trade Marketing Manager and report directly to the Director, Trade Marketing.

REMOTE: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement, is remote, and open to candidates based on the East Coast. The position requires working in EST hours, so candidates located on the East Coast is preferred. The work environment is primarily remote, requiring reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions.

Qualifications

• College degree
• Proven track record of success with 5-8 years of influencer and/or integrated marketing experience
• Influencer contacts and established relationships
• Self starter and highly motivated
• Must be highly organized, detail oriented and problem solver
• Ability to generate ideas and act on them
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Proficient in Tribe, CreatorIQ, etc.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
• Prolonged periods standing, bending, stooping, and reaching
• Must be able to travel frequently, sometimes requiring long periods of driving or riding in a vehicle
• Must be able to focus on detailed work for extended periods, which may lead to eye strain or fatigue
• Must be able to perform tasks that require fine motor skills, including typing and using a mouse
• Must be able to carry and transport promotional or sales materials
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, often time-sensitive environment
