Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. A mortgage professional is seeking a part-time Marketing Virtual Assistant to help establish a more consistent social media presence and increase online visibility.

The immediate focus is content creation and consistent execution, not advanced digital marketing strategy or paid advertising. The client has existing knowledge, ideas, and materials that the VA can use to create and repurpose professional mortgage-related content. All public-facing mortgage content will follow the client's required compliance review and approval process before publication. Broader marketing responsibilities may be introduced as the role develops.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

• Social Media & Content Creation
  • Turn client-provided ideas, knowledge, and existing materials into social media content
  • Create branded graphics and other basic social media assets
  • Write and refine captions and supporting copy
  • Repurpose existing content into multiple social formats
  • Assist with basic short-form content where appropriate
  • Maintain consistency with the client's professional brand
• Content Scheduling & Organization
  • Maintain an organized content calendar
  • Prepare content for client and compliance approval
  • Schedule and publish approved content
  • Maintain organized photos, videos, graphics, templates, and marketing assets
  • Track content awaiting approval or publication
  • Help maintain a consistent posting cadence
• Additional Marketing Support
  • Assist with basic social media engagement as directed
  • Identify incoming inquiries or potential leads for client follow-up
  • Suggest practical content ideas based on available client materials
  • Support additional digital marketing activities as the client's needs develop

Qualifications

• Previous social media management or content creation experience required
• Canva or similar graphic design experience required
• Strong written English communication required
• Experience creating content for professional service businesses preferred
• Mortgage, real estate, or financial services marketing experience preferred
• Social media scheduling experience preferred
• Basic short-form video/content repurposing experience is a plus
• Experience working within regulated or compliance-sensitive industries is a plus

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
• Daily Working Time: TBD EST

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
