Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. A growing marketing and content-services business is seeking a part-time Marketing VA to assist with:

• Social media execution
• AI-assisted content preparation
• Community engagement
• Blog publishing
• Marketing coordination
• Recurring marketing administration

The VA will support multiple client accounts, each with its own brand voice, content requirements, and established workflows. The company will provide templates, standard operating procedures, training, and access to the necessary platforms.

The position is designed to take ownership of repeatable marketing and administrative tasks, giving the company's leadership greater capacity to focus on client relationships, strategy, creative direction, internal marketing, and business growth.

The ideal candidate has:

• Practical social media experience
• Strong written communication skills
• AI fluency
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organizational skills needed to manage recurring marketing tasks accurately and independently

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• Social media management or marketing support experience required
• Social client engagement experience strongly preferred
• Facebook and Instagram publishing experience required
• Strong copywriting and content-editing skills strongly preferred
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation strongly preferred
• Claude experience preferred
• Basic social media analytics and reporting experience preferred
• Canva familiarity preferred
• Notion and Google Drive experience preferred
• Blog publishing or Squarespace experience is a plus
• Riverside or podcast-content experience is a plus
• AI-assisted podcast or video-editing experience is a plus
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, ManyChat, RedCircle, and/or Slack is a plus
• Marketing funnel coordination experience is a plus
• Experience coordinating with freelancers, vendors, or agency partners is a plus
• Project or campaign tracking experience preferred
• Lead-generation or customer-service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills required

Requirements

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10 hours (Expected to increase to 20+ hours/week as responsibilities expand)
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
• Daily Working Time: Flexible – TBD
